Unfortunately I don't have any nice new photos for you, in this the research and development phase. Maybe Evan will be able to post some of the models he has been developing, meanwhile I will talk about some of my research. I imagine some of these logistics might not be extremely exciting to some, but valuable to anyone trying to embark on a similar venture.
To make our little craft road legal, I need to find out how to register it. My biggest challenge is that I have a Montana drivers license, have Montana vehicle plates, and am planning on being in Montana with the camper, but am building it in Ohio. Thanks to BMV live chat I was able to find out that I can get a temporary, 45 day registration so I can get my camper out to Montana. I'm a little less clear about the registration process once I get there, but I think it is about a $75 registration fee for a light weight travel trailer. I will keep posting as I find out more!
